Rachel B. Foreman is a native of Baltimore, Maryland. She attended the University of Maryland, College Park, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree and received the honor of being named on the Dean's List numerous times. After graduation, Ms. Foreman went on to earn her law degree from the University of Baltimore, School of Law with concentrations in Criminal Law and Family Law. While in law school, Ms. Foreman was a member of the National Student Trial Advocacy Team and was a Rule 16 Student Attorney for the Family Law Clinic where she established her passion for litigation and advocacy. She also served as treasurer for the Student Women's Law Center and achieved many other leadership positions.

Ms. Foreman is admitted to practice law in the State of Maryland. She is currently a member of the Maryland State Bar Association and the Bar Association of Baltimore County.

Ms. Foreman has formerly worked as an attorney for a large real estate law firm and a law clerk in the Baltimore City State's Attorney's Office. She also served as a law clerk for two years in a personal injury firm and now takes great pride and pleasure in representing personal injury victims throughout Maryland.
